4. JOB DESCRIPTION:
A. PROGRAM CONSULTING AND DEVELOPMENT:
– Develop tourism products and services tailored to the needs of the domestic education market.
– Receive requests from clients (schools, educational organizations, businesses, etc.); provide consultation and design experiential programs tailored to their needs, objectives, and budget.
– Ensure that the programs align with the overall guidelines, providing educational value, experiential learning, and safety for clients using the service.
-Collaborate with relevant departments (operations, marketing, etc.) to implement the program.
B.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :
– Identify, approach, and build relationships with domestic schools, educational centers, and businesses

– Provide customer care for both existing and new clients, addressing inquiries and resolving arising issues.
– Willing to travel for business and participate in tourism promotion fairs.
C. Reporting and Analysis:
– Monitor and evaluate business performance, and propose improvement solutions.

B. SPECIALIZATION:
– Foreign language proficiency (English, Japanese, or Chinese) is an advantage.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
