Job Description (depending on collaborator’s position)

– Prepare tools for activities before the program.

– Manage and guide students to participate in activities throughout the program.

– Guide students to set up tents, tie knots, and survival skills on camping day.

– Gather students, disseminate the rules of the game, exchange and calculate points for the team.

– Summarize, and clean up after the program.

Business fee

– Camp counselor (Leader): 350,000 VND/day – 500,000 VND/day.

1. Tour Guide Operations:
a) Time: As per actual arrangement.
b) Location: According to the actual route.
c) Responsibilities:
– Provide information on the history, geography, culture, customs, and services at historical sites, landscapes, and the company’s service locations.
– Handle unexpected situations/incidents promptly to ensure the rights and satisfaction of tourists.
– Announce gathering times and ensure tourists are not lost or late.
– Check services from suppliers/partners during the guiding process.
– Advise, care for customers, and handle any issues that arise during tours.
2. Tour Operation:
a) Time: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday.

c) Responsibilities:
– Responsible for planning and designing tour programs domestically and internationally.
– Work with service providers/partners: transportation, dining, accommodation, entertainment,…, to negotiate terms, quality, and competitive prices.
– Hand over and assign responsibilities to tour guides for each trip. Coordinate with guides to control schedules and handle any issues that arise during the trip.
– Propose solutions to address any shortcomings to improve work efficiency.
– Receive booked groups of independent travelers programs, welcome travelers, and lead them to visit the attractions according to the tour itinerary.
