JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Conduct guided tours for international tourists according to the approved itinerary.

    • Provide detailed information about destinations, history, culture, and attractions throughout the tour.

    • Ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers during the entire trip.

    • Quickly and effectively resolve any issues arising during the tour.

    • Participate in organizing and planning tour routes.

    • Prepare detailed tour programs, including itineraries, services, and other necessary information.

    • Translate documents related to the tour program (if needed).

    • Support other departments in tasks related to tourism and tour operations.

    • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisors and the Board of Directors.

    • Ensure all work complies with company regulations and procedures. 

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduated from intermediate vocational school or college in relevant fields.

    • Graduated from university in relevant fields.

    • Proficient communication skills in the required language for the position (English/French).

OTHERS REQUIREMENTS

    • Interested in tourism and related fields such as culture, etc.

    • Proficient in English.

    • Proficient in office computer skills.

    • Possess an international tour guide certification (can be obtained upon signing the official contract).

COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS

    • SALARY:

    • Basic salary: 6,500,000 VND/month (based on professional qualifications and experience);

    • Tour allowance: tours on weekdays + up to 400,000 VND/day, and weekends (Sunday) up to 800,000 VND/day;

    • Probation period up to 2 months, receiving 85% of the official salary;

    • Other bonuses and benefits according to SeaCorp’s general policies.
